The staff was super friendly and helpful. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the arc de triomphe and the metro. the breakfast was delicious, it offered a variety of options for everyone. i also found it convenient that there was a grocery store and a pharmacy just across the street.

the air conditioning in my room was not working as efficiently as i expected, it made the room a little warm at times.

The air conditioning was inoperative during my entire stay. i found this unacceptable, especially given the cost. i Also observed a lack of cleanliness in certain areas. Specifically, THE bathroom was to have been overlooked by cleaning staff.
