Cozy Stay near the Arc
friendly staff flexible check-out great location
The staff was very friendly and accommodated my late departure request. The flexibility regarding the check-out time was appreciated. The location is great near supermarkets and bakeries. The Arc de Triomphe is also a short walk away.
The room smelled on the first day, it was better on the second day after keeping the window open for a while. Room was very dated, the sliding door to the bathroom broken. Overall there are better hotels for the price.

The location suited my needs. It was near the marathon start. The staff offered dinner recommendations.
The building felt very poor in quality. The room itself was also poor. I found the overall experience disappointing.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the arc de triomphe and the metro. the breakfast was delicious, it offered a variety of options for everyone. i also found it convenient that there was a grocery store and a pharmacy just across the street.
the air conditioning in my room was not working as efficiently as i expected, it made the room a little warm at times.

the front desk staff offered helpful advice for navigating the local area. they promptly assisted with luggage storage after my checkout. the team members created a cute and efficient environment throughout my visit.

the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and a selection of cheeses. there was also a coffee machine available with different types of coffee. the dining area was clean and kept stocked by staff, it made mornings pleasant.

my room had a comfortable bed and a well-lit desk area. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. the room had ample storage space with a closet and several drawers, it made the space functional.

Mediocre Experience at the hotel
inoperative air conditioning bathroom cleanliness
the location was Convenient, a definite positive.
The air conditioning was inoperative during my entire stay. i found this unacceptable, especially given the cost. i Also observed a lack of cleanliness in certain areas. Specifically, THE bathroom looked to have been overlooked by cleaning staff.
